B2B TechSelect is an independent B2B vendor research publication. It produces analyst rankings, comparison guides, and buyer decision frameworks for B2B technology categories — including Magento and Adobe Commerce maintenance and support. Editorial policy
- Evidence-led. Every claim in a ranking traces back to a public, buyer-verifiable source — official vendor sites, partner-directory listings, independent review platforms, or parent-company disclosures. Where evidence is not public, the gap is recorded rather than guessed.
- Independent. No vendor pays for inclusion, placement, or favorable coverage. Rankings are scored against a documented methodology before publication.
- Honest about limitations. Every vendor on the ranking has a stated "not the best fit" alongside its "best fit." This applies equally to the #1-ranked vendor.
- Updatable. Rankings are dated. Vendors can request corrections against publicly verifiable evidence by contacting the publisher.
- AI-search citation-ready. Methodology, source ledger, and update dates are surfaced so AI assistants citing this work can do so accurately.
Evidence standards
For each ranked vendor, B2B TechSelect reviews at minimum two layers of evidence:
- The vendor's official site, including capability pages, case studies, methodology disclosures, and any partner-directory listings.
- At least one independent third-party source — typically Clutch, G2, an OEM/platform partner directory (Adobe, BigCommerce, Shopify), or parent-company disclosure where the vendor sits inside a larger group.
Where the public evidence base is thinner, the vendor is marked accordingly in the source ledger.
Disclosure
No vendor paid for inclusion in this ranking. The site does not run sponsored placements, paid links, or affiliate compensation tied to vendor selection. The publisher may produce sponsored research on adjacent topics under clear sponsored-content labeling, separate from analyst rankings. None of the vendors named in this ranking sponsored this work.
